CaRu's Pre Comp Team is designed for dancers ages 5+ who are looking to explore the exciting world of competition dance and prepare to take the full leap into joining the CaRu Crew Competition Company in the future.
Team members will attend weekly rehearsals for three group dances and also attend a weekly dance technique class. The Pre Comp Team will perform at one local regional competition and at CaRu Entertainment's Annual Spring Showcase.
Mondays
5:30-6:15 p.m. - Competition Dance Technique (Pre Comp I + II)
Fridays
4:30-5:00 p.m. - Pre Comp I Jazz
5:00-5:30 p.m. - Pre Comp I Lyrical
5:30-6:00 p.m. - Pre Comp I + II Hip Hop
6:00-6:30 p.m. - Pre Comp II Lyrical
6:30-7:00 p.m. - Pre Comp II Jazz
Team members are welcome to take Studio Program classes in addition to being on the Pre Comp Team.
Pre Comp I: Ages 5-8 | Pre Comp II: Ages 9+
Tuition: $355.00/month
Competition Fees: $205 one-time fee
Costume Fees: TBD but typically $50-$70 per costume (one for each dance)
